Dalva is 12 years old but dresses, wears make-up, and thinks of herself as a grown woman. One evening, she is abruptly removed from her father's home.
First revolting in total incomprehension, she meets Jayden, a social worker, and Samia, a teenager with a strong character. A new life seems to be opening up for Dalva: the one of a girl of her own age.

Biography of the Director/s
Emmanuelle Nicot has graduated from the IAD School (Belgium) in 2012 with her short film RAE, which has known a great success at festivals. In 2016, she directed SNATCHED. Selected in more than sixty festivals, the film won 17 awards.
LOVE ACCORDING TO DALVA is her first feature film. Selected at "Semaine de la Critique", the film won three awards in Cannes and started a tour in festivals like Karlovy Vary International Film Festival, Jerusalem Film Festival, Hong Kong International Film Festival, Hamburg Film Festival, Festival International du Film Francophone de Namur, Busan International Film Festival, Festival du Nouveau Cinéma de Montréal, The American French Film Festival, Seminci - Valladolid International Film Festival and Morelia International Film Festival.
Emmanuelle is also a casting director, specialised in «wild casting», a passion that is also revealed in her own films.
